“MultiThreading”

OPENING RECEPTION: SATURDAY February 4TH  6-9 P.M.

Gallery Azul Presents: “ MultiThreading “ is the connection by threads used concurrently linking separate elements .  The threads become the sequence of time, the threading through and around obstacles, the continuous thread of thought to material imagery and a visual language connecting the work together. The common thread becomes the relation of threads as suspension in environment. This body of work is a combination of these ideas related to imagery and abstract motif with handmade papers in 2 and 3 dimension.

a collection of reflection photography taken in Tucson and the surrounding areas by Photographer/Artist Weston Holland.

Over the course of a year, Photographer/Artist Weston Holland has been searching for water in the Tucson area, in order to photograph landscapes and other desert subjects reflected on it’s surface. Mirror/Mirage is a colorful and abstracting display of what he found. Those attending, should expect to see familiar desert scenery through a new perspective.
